Caroline Carr, PsyD, ABPP, is a licensed psychologist with specialties in clinical and forensic psychology. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University in 2015. After completing internship and postdoctoral training, Dr. Carr was a psychologist on a maximum security admission unit at Mendota Mental Health Institute for five years. Her role focused on forensic assessment and treatment of individuals with severe mental illness, consultation, and supervising/training interns. She was an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin for two years. Dr. Carr is currently a psychologist for the CA Board of Parole Hearings. She conducts violence and sexual violence risk assessments of incarcerated persons in consideration of parole. She is a consultant for the NaphCare Forensic Evaluation Program.
Dr. Carr is licensed in WI and CA, and has authorization to practice telepsychology in 42 states via PsyPact. Dr. Carr has been board certified in forensic psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology since 2019, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Psychology. Dr. Carr is available to provide forensic evaluations and consultation through Clinical Psychology Associates.
